Nesh Mediterranean Grill is the brainchild of three partners who share a great passion and desire to create an innovative restaurant experience, offering delicious, healthy and fresh meals in a family-friendly atmosphere.

Whoever said 'there's nothing new under the sun' probably never expected to meet up with three dynamic young entrepreneurs who have created such a fresh, new concept - Nesh Mediterranean Grill!

Located at 734 West Fullerton in an area of Chicago called Lincoln Park, 3 founders are combining their passion for a fast, casual, healthy and fresh Mediterranean restaurant with exceptional, first class food at very reasonable prices.

They have all traveled extensively, visiting restaurants in various cities along the Mediterranean Sea such as Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, Rome, Athens, Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Halhul and Cairo.

They gained exceptional knowledge and insights on the preparation and cooking of foods, what spices were used, different types of equipment and cooking techniques.

With an open grill, open salad bar and fresh baked bread, Nesh Mediterranean Grill seats over 30 people inside with plans for outdoor seating. Even the colors of white, green and yellow exudes an atmosphere that speaks to their 'fresh' and modern philosophy.

There are four monitors on the side of the red-brick wall showing pictures of selected menu items, much like large posters in traditional restaurants. With two wall mounted TV screens, guests will be able to watch sports and news, along with enjoying music.
